One of the original founders of Kalahari, Graham has a long track record in growing and managing new business sectors for the banking and broking community.
He spent nine years as a trader for JP Morgan, London before setting up a new treasury business for the bank in the Channel Islands. He then spent four years at London broker M.W Marshalls & Co, leaving in 1983 to join Exco as a Director. During that time, he established Exco's position as number one broker in the newly developed FRA market and went on to start up their equally successful Interest Rate Options desk.
He then moved on to Tullett's & Tokyo Asia as Regional Director where he was responsible for all Money Market and Derivative products for the Asia Pacific region. In 1995, Graham then returned to Exco where he spent a further four years as Managing Director of the Global Markets Division, leading a 200 strong team. Between 1995 and 1998 Graham sat on the Bank of England Foreign Exchange Joint Standing Committee set up by the Bank of England in 1973.
